Russia also prompts the question of what exactly is it about western “carrots” and goodies and “privileges” that make them so powerful and overwhelming, that it brings one tinpot dictator after another to their knees and makes them crumble and fold? So powerful, that it makes the television Negro and Jew forget their own history. Why can’t we bear it when the white overlord withholds his or her carrots and goodies and privileges from us, and why can’t we help but crumble and fold when he or she does in fact extend their carrots and goodies and privileges to us? And if we can’t bear it when the western carrots and goodies and privileges are withheld from us and we can’t help but crumble and fold when they are in fact extended to us, then what explains Russia’s state behavior? How do we explain Russia when we take the aforementioned into account? And that is perhaps the million-dollar question at the moment. The main assumption is that we erode militancy by extending goodies or we stamp out militancy by withholding goodies. But neither ploy or strategy works with Russia. And that is where we are at the moment in terms of the Russia-Ukraine war. It all culminates to the mind game or the very basic and subtle ploy and strategy of eroding militancy with goodies and stamping it out by withholding them, and this mind game and ploy and strategy doesn’t seem to work with Russia.
