Subconsciously and unconsciously, there is always something deep and profound that is bubbling and stirring, and it takes a process and a method to uncover it and to manifest it. And in this case, it is a memory and a trauma that one has to overcome and transcend. And of course, to go through the process and method and to overcome it and transcend it is difficult and painful. But it had to be done. Important stuff came out of it to say the least.
