An axis, or an alliance system predicated upon the balance of power between Washington and Moscow. And the question at the moment is whether Trump’s kidnapping of Maduro does anything to change the balance of power between Washington and Moscow. And the answer is perhaps no. It doesn’t do anything to change the balance of power between Washington and Moscow. And that is where things stand at the present moment.
