To some, realpolitik and its basic underlying logic and reasoning and thought system might appear as a “philosophy” or a “theory” among infinite philosophies and theories in the social world. But realpolitik is actually a life experience or a way of life that has to be endured and survived. Hence, the Platonic or the Aristotelian idea or notion that war and politics cannot be learned or taught, but rather, war and politics must be experienced and lived, despite all the professors and instructors and colleges and universities we have which are dedicated and tailored towards the study and the understanding of war and politics.
